1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the b7999 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on b7999, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you:

• Have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• Are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities;
• Accept these Terms as a binding legal agreement between yourself and b7999;
• Agree to abide by all applicable rules, policies, and procedures referenced in or supplementary to these Terms.

b7999 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly marked. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with b7999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and b7999.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the b7999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. b7999 will verify your age at the point of withdrawal, and accounts belonging to players confirmed to be under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, with any funds handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. Access to b7999 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk. b7999 does not guarantee legal compliance with local laws in every territory.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active b7999 account. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on b7999 or any recognised gambling self-exclusion register. Attempting to open or access an account while self-excluded is strictly prohibited.
• Not a b7999 Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of b7999 personnel are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in wagering activities on the Platform.

b7999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of b7999 services — including deposits, withdrawals, live betting, and casino games — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and is completed via the b7999 login and registration interface.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: All information submitted during registration must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other information requested by b7999.
• Maintain Accuracy: You must promptly update your account information if any of your details change. You can do this via your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].
• Secure Your Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b7999 username and password. b7999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one b7999 account. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited.

b7999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal, when depositing above certain thresholds, or at any other time at b7999's reasonable discretion. Accepted documents include national ID cards, passports, and driving licences issued by Bangladeshi authorities. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested to prevent fraud and money laundering.

b7999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application, or to suspend or close any existing account, without being required to provide a reason, where doing so is reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on b7999 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). b7999 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion is not performed by b7999; any conversion costs arising from the use of non-BDT payment instruments are borne entirely by the player.

Accepted Payment Methods: b7999 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set by b7999, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your b7999 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically within 30 seconds for bKash and Nagad.
• b7999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to the availability of that method. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification status.
• b7999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while an active bonus is in play may be delayed until all applicable wagering requirements have been met or the bonus has been forfeited.

5. Bonus & Promotions

b7999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions at the time of offer. Where specific terms conflict with these general terms, the specific terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly communicated in the specific promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus carries an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a player account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the previously active bonus, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting markets, live casino games, and certain slot titles may contribute at different rates (e.g., 100%, 50%, or 0%). The specific contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of winnings generated from a free bonus (i.e., a bonus not requiring a deposit) is ৳5,000. For deposit-matched bonuses, no cap applies unless explicitly stated.
• Abuse and Misuse: b7999 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion is suspected. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Seasonal and Event Promotions: b7999 regularly runs promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day) and sporting fixtures (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup). These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published at the time of offer.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

b7999 provides access to sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, and instant-win games sourced from certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games operate using independently audited random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real physical dealing equipment monitored by certified studios.

• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, b7999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and bets. b7999's decision on the handling of malfunction-affected rounds is final.
• Disconnection Policy: b7999 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay resulting from the player's internet connection, device failure, or power outage. If a disconnection occurs mid-round in a game where the outcome has not yet been determined, the game will be resolved according to the rules of the specific game provider. Any incomplete rounds will be settled upon reconnection.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are accepted subject to the rules of the specific market and sport. b7999 reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or void markets in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected match fixing, incorrect odds posted in error, or incomplete sporting events where the official result cannot be determined.
• Cricket Betting Specifics: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series markets, b7999 applies standard international cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, individual market settlement rules apply and will be communicated in the specific betting rules documentation.
• Odds Errors: b7999 takes all reasonable measures to ensure that published odds are accurate. However, in cases where a clearly erroneous price has been posted due to a technical or human error, b7999 reserves the right to void bets accepted at that price and refund stakes in full.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b7999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Underage Gambling: Registering or using an account when you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one b7999 player account, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; initiating chargebacks against legitimate transactions; or submitting forged or falsified identity documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the b7999 Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or any other game where player-to-player interaction influences outcomes.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automation software, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the b7999 Platform in a non-human manner.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or tamper with any part of the b7999 Platform, its servers, software, or data.
• Impersonation: Impersonating any b7999 employee, representative, or other player.

8. Account Closure, Suspension & Termination

Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your b7999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed, and any remaining balance (net of active bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method. Please note that voluntary account closure does not constitute self-exclusion. Suspension or Closure by b7999: b7999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Behaviour that b7999 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed by b7999 due to a breach of these Terms, b7999 reserves the right to withhold all or part of any balance in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the withheld balance will be returned to the player.
